The company plans a 25% increase in the Leipzig workforce in 2010 Software AG has also acquired the remaining 49% of itCampus shares Darmstadt, Germany, 28/05/2010 Software AG today announced that it is planning an expansion of its itCampus subsidiary research and development facility in Leipzig. The company will hire an additional fifteen research engineers in 2010. Software AG has now acquired 100% of itCampus after initially buying a 51% stake in April 2009. "We see itCampus as a hotbed of innovation and extensively use the technology developed there in our product portfolio", said Peter Kürpick, Chief Product Officer and member of the Executive Board at Software AG.
